There are many challenges faced by those who have experienced domestic violence and homelessness. Before considering a client for financial assistance, Daffodil wants to ensure that those complex needs are being addressed by a qualified organization. Advocates/Case Managers who know the client, and who can ensure that ongoing services will be provided, soon will be able to complete a Referral Form. Please watch for more information about this change in our process.
